Wed Night InsideOut

Staff Blogs - Jason's Blog

We had a great turnout for InsideOut Worship last night.  It is exciting when we see students excited about worshipping God and wanting to know more about him.  Last night was the first night we welcomed the new 6th graders to be apart of the student ministry.  We look forward to partnering with parents in helping disciple their children.  Our main goal is to work with the family to help each one of them grow spiritually.

Our message was on who do you see when you look in the mirror.  The idea we were trying to bring is that we are to be the mirror image of Jesus Christ, not two different people in and out of the church.  Romans 12:1-2 was our base scripture.  We encouraged them to be transformed and not conform to the world and everything the world offers.  There is nothing wrong with living in the world, but becoming like the world is what we want to avoid.

Please pray with us that your children and our students will see their need for a relationship with God and see that as the most important relationship they will ever have.  God is good and has allowed us to have resources and availability to help you in anyway that glorifies God.  If we can do anything for you guys please don't hesitate to give us a call, send us an email, or come see us.  We are here for you!

Serving HIM,

Jason
